    摘要:

    设计一种适合海洋平台安装的大排量固井双机双泵橇,通过组合配置五缸泵与三缸泵的“5+3”模式,其泵注能力较之以前有显著提高;并在现有高能混合器的基础上采用“1+1”组合配置的方式,实现混浆速度的提高,以匹配泵橇的最大排量;设计了适合该泵橇的远程控制系统和隔音罩,保护操作人员安全和增加作业环境的舒适性。泵橇总装完成后经过测试符合设计要求,现已安装在海洋平台上执行作业任务。

    Abstract:

    A kind of large displacement twin mixing doublepump skid was designed for installing on offshore rig.By “5+3” configuration of combining one set fiveplunger pump and one set threeplunger pump,the pumping capacity was significantly improved compared with the previous kind.Based on the existing highenergy mixer,the “1+1” combination configuration was adopted to improve the mixing speed to match the maximum displacement.The remote control system and soundproof cover were designed to protect the operator,simultaneously to make the work environment better.It was tested after final assemblage and the original design requirements were completely realized.It has been installed on the offshore rig and performed very well.
