TCT circular saw blade for metallurgy is more and more widely used in steel industry. The traditional processing method can not meet the demands of current production efficiency and machining precision. A numerical control machining method of metallurgy saw blades was proposed based on macro program and Horizontal machining center. The processing technology was analyzed, the definition of macro variables was elaborated and the macro program was compiled. The machining method realized the combination of the macro instruction and the manufacturing process skillfully. The products were finally made by Taiwan LEADWELL fouraxis horizontal machining center. It is proved that the method is easy to control, has high precision, high efficiency and good readability.
