    摘要:

    设计一款采用液压方案进行扭矩加载的动力卡盘可靠性试验台,采用电液比例溢流阀作为控制阀实现扭矩动态加载。利用MATLAB系统辨识工具箱得到比例溢流阀的数学模型,从而建立加载系统的模型。为保证加载的精确性与稳定性,讨论了两种控制方案并在MATLAB中进行仿真,结果表明:扭矩加载系统采用常规PID控制可以实现扭矩的稳定加载,采用模糊控制的自适应PID方案具有更好的鲁棒性。

    Abstract:

    A power chuck reliability test bench with torque loading hydraulically was designed to achieve loading torque dynamically using electrohydraulic proportional pressure relief valve as the control valve. The mathematical model of the electrohydraulic proportional pressure relief valve was gained using the MATLAB system identification toolbox, and the system model was therefore established. In order to ensure the accuracy and stability of torque loading, two control schemes were discussed and simulated using MATLAB. The simulation results indicate that loading system is capable of loading torque stably with regular PID control and it is more robust with fuzzy PID adaptive control.
