    摘要:

    针对溢流阀在线检测装置中,内置式涡流传感器的安装对阀腔流场产生影响,使溢流阀工作性能下降的问题,提出基于均匀设计试验法的阀体结构优化试验方案的研究方法。综合分析阀芯、阀座各结构参数的作用规律,确定优化的结构参数与优化指标,分析各结构参数间的交互效应,求解多优化目标的响应面函数。而后建立阀腔流场有限元分析模型,通过非线性二次规划算法,求解分析阀腔流场的优化结果。结果表明:均匀设计法适用于阀体流场结构优化的试验方案安排,优化后阀腔流场性能得到大幅提升。

    Abstract:

    The installation of the builtin eddy current sensor reduces the performance of the valve due to an effect on the flow field of the valve chamber. An optimization method of the valve body structure based on the uniform design test method was proposed to solve the problem. The parameters of the valve body and the valve seat were analyzed synthetically to determine the optimization indices. The response surface function of the multioptimization target was solved by analyzing the interaction between the structural parameters. Then, the finite element analysis model of the valve cavity flow field was established and optimized by the nonlinear quadratic programming algorithm. The results show that the uniform design method is suitable for optimizing the flow field structure of the valve body which makes the performance improve substantially.
