The installation of the builtin eddy current sensor reduces the performance of the valve due to an effect on the flow field of the valve chamber. An optimization method of the valve body structure based on the uniform design test method was proposed to solve the problem. The parameters of the valve body and the valve seat were analyzed synthetically to determine the optimization indices. The response surface function of the multioptimization target was solved by analyzing the interaction between the structural parameters. Then, the finite element analysis model of the valve cavity flow field was established and optimized by the nonlinear quadratic programming algorithm. The results show that the uniform design method is suitable for optimizing the flow field structure of the valve body which makes the performance improve substantially.
