Abstract:For the external feedback constant pressure variable vane pump,the key components of the rotor stator connector, the dispenser super element and the control structural element of the constant pressure variable vane pump were set up by AMESim software. The simulation test was carried out to analyze the influence of the load and the system pressure on the operation of the vane pump. The simulation curves of the flow rate, eccentricity and output pressure of the variable vane pump under external load were obtained. The steadystate characteristics and dynamic characteristics of the external feedback constant pressure control variable vane pump were studied, which provided the theoretical basis for the design, optimization and fault diagnosis of the vane pump. The simulation results show that the trend of the eccentricity of the pump and the change of the flow rate are the same as the input load signal.Therefore, in practical use, in order to make the pump work in a relatively stable state, it is necessary to adjust the load of the pump.
