    摘要:

    为了促进工业的远程化、智能化和灵活化,针对传统的船舶气囊上下水工艺,基于Android手机平台,提出一种基于物联网Android平台的船舶气囊群气压检测系统,系统包括ZigBee传感器网络、协议转换器、云端服务器和手机终端,实现了对船舶气囊群的远程监控。通过Android手机界面,实现了用户随时随地在有网络覆盖的地方浏览并获取实时数据,最后通过实验测试证明该系统稳定、可靠,符合一般工业设计对检测精度和时间的要求。该系统的应用改进了人工读取数据耗时、费力、不安全等缺点,从整体上提升了船舶气囊下水作业的施工效率。

    Abstract:

    In order to promote remote, intelligent and flexible industry, in view of the traditional ship going into water by airbags, based on the Android mobile phone platform, a kind of pressure monitoring system was proposed for marine airbags based on IOT Android platform. The system included ZigBee sensor network, protocol converter, cloud server and mobile terminal,by which the remote monitoring of ship’s airbags group was realized. Users could browse and achieve the realtime data through Android cellphone interface anywhere there was network coverage and anytime. The experimental results certify that the system is stable and reliable, conformed to the general industrial design’s requirements on the testing accuracy and time. The usage of the system improves shortcomings of artificial reading data, including timeconsuming, laborious and unsafe. The construction efficiency of the ship going into water by airbags is enhanced on the whole.
