    摘要:

    作为数控机床的主要功能部件,数控转台是数控机床性能和应用的关键因素之一,其性能优劣直接决定了整个数控机床的性能。而转台本体作为转台的主要支承、安装件,其静、动特性影响转台的承载性能和加工稳定性。基于ANSYS对转台本体进行静、动态特性分析,并结合拓扑优化和多目标尺寸优化技术对其进行优化。优化结果显示本体较原本体质量减轻约3%;立式安装下本体在载荷作用下的变形量减少了11%,各阶固有频率均有所提高。总体来说:立式安装下本体的静、动力学性能较原本体提升明显;卧式情况下本体的静力学性能几乎不变,而动力学性能微幅降低,但其固有频率依旧很高,优化效果良好。该方法为转台结构的初期设计提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    As the main functional component of NC machine tools, NC turntable is one of the key factors in the application and development of NC machine tools. Its performance determines the performance of NC machine tools directly. As the main support and installation of the turntable, the static and dynamic characteristics of the turntable body also affect the bearing performance and machining stability of the turntable. The static and dynamic characteristics of the turntable body were analyzed based on ANSYS, and the topology optimization and multi object size optimization technology were used to optimize the turntable. The optimization results show that the body weight is reduced 3% than that of the original body; the deformation of the body under the vertical load is reduced 11%, and the natural frequency of each stage is improved. Static and dynamic characteristics are enhanced obviously compared with the original body with vertical installation; under the condition of horizontal installation, static performance of the body is almost unchanged, and the dynamic performance is decreased with micro amplitude, but its natural frequency is very high.So the optimized effect is good, this method provides reference for the initial design of the turntable structure.
