    摘要:

    分析斜盘轴向柱塞马达的力矩损失和泄漏损失,利用AMESim软件平台建立斜盘轴向柱塞马达的液压系统模型。在相同工况条件下,通过调节配流盘三角形阻尼槽的结构参数,得到液压系统模型仿真曲线,依据仿真结果:在进出油转换过程中,斜盘轴向柱塞马达的压力冲击不超过入口压力;以减小压力冲击和流量脉动为目标,优化了斜盘轴向柱塞马达配流盘三角形阻尼槽的结构参数。

    Abstract:

    The swash plate axial piston motor torque loss and leakage loss were analyzed, and the hydraulic system model of the swash plate axial piston motor was established by using AMESim. Under the same working conditions, the hydraulic system model simulation curves were obtained by adjusting the structural parameters of the triangular damping groove. According to the simulation results, it is known that during the conversion of the inlet and outlet oil, the pressure impact of the swash plate type axial piston motor does not exceed the inlet pressure. To reduce the pressure and flow pulsation, the structural parameters of the triangular damping groove of the valve plate were optimized.
