    摘要:

    为满足市场对锂离子动力电池自动套管设备高生产效率的要求,采用多工序并行工作原理,设计出结构合理的自动上料系统、胶管放料输送系统、垫片成形及输送系统、转位机构、校正机构、胶管热收缩系统和自动下料系统,实现将多个电池同时进行上料、输送、套胶管、加工垫片成形、加装垫片、热缩收口胶管、输出锂电池成品等全自动连线生产。可将设备的生产速度由原来的每分钟60个提升到每分钟120个,从而实现锂电池套管的全自动、高速、安全生产。

    Abstract:

    In order to meet the market demand for lithiumion battery automatic casing machine with high production efficiency,by using multi process parallel working principle,a reasonable mechanism with the automatic battery loading system,hose discharging and conveying system,gasket forming and conveying system,indexing mechanism,aligning gear,heat shrinkable system of hose and automatic battery unloading system was designed,by which automatic connection production of multiple batteries at the same time,such as feeding,conveying,casing,processing gasket forming,installing the gaskets,heating shrinkage hose,outputting lithiumion battery finished products and so on would be achieved.The production speed of this equipment is increased from 60 per minute to 120 per minute,so fully automatic,highspeed and safe production of the casing machine is realized.
