    摘要:

    随着五轴联动数控机床在先进制造行业的地位越来越重要,机床空间定位精度显得尤为重要。旋转轴误差辨识和补偿是提高零件加工质量的一大重要指标。分析和比较近年来国内外基于球杆仪和Rtest装置的五轴机床旋转轴误差辨识方法的主要特点,总结了旋转轴误差在不同定义下的辨识方法,从方法的可靠性、精度指标以及可行性等方面来综述该方法对五轴数控机床的应用价值。根据辨识原理的不足,系统性地指出了目前五轴数控机床旋转轴误差辨识存在的主要问题,并对未来的进一步研究提出了建议,为五轴数控机床旋转轴误差辨识方法提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    With the status that fiveaxis CNC machine tools in the advanced manufacturing industry is becoming more and more important, the precision of machine tool positioning is very important. Rotation axis error identification and compensation is an important indicator to improve the quality of parts processing. The main features of the methods of identifying the rotation axis error of the fiveaxis machine by using the club and Rtest devices at home and abroad were analyzed and compared.The identification method of the rotation axis error under different definitions was summarized.The reliability, accuracy index and feasibility of the method were used to review its application value on the fiveaxis CNC machine tools.According to the shortcomings of the identification principle, the main problems of the error identification of the rotating shaft of the fiveaxis CNC machine tool were systematically pointed out, and some suggestions for future research were put forward, which provide reference for the fiveaxis CNC machine tool rotation axis error identification.
