    摘要:

    对于气动设备而言,密封性能好坏直接影响其工作性能,密封圈与气缸之间摩擦特性影响活塞往复运动的平稳性,在ANSYS有限元分析软件中建立O形密封圈与气缸接触的二维轴对称有限元分析模型,分别对O形密封圈静密封和动密封性能进行研究,得出预压缩率、工作介质压力、摩擦因数对密封性能的影响规律。搭建摩擦力特性测试实验平台,分别对最大静摩擦力、空载时动摩擦力、加载时动摩擦力的特性进行了实验测试,得出工作介质压力和运动速度对摩擦特性的影响规律。

    Abstract:

    As to pneumatic devices, the sealing performance directly affects its working, and the friction characteristics between seal ring and cylinder affect stability of reciprocated movement of the piston. Two dimensional (2D) axisymmetric finite element analysis (FEA) contact model was built in ANSYS software, and the static and dynamic seal performance of Oring with cylinder were studied separately. The effects law of precompression rate, working medium pressure and friction coefficient on sealing performance were obtained. Builting the friction characteristics test experiment platform, making characteristics test of the maximum static friction force, dynamic friction under noload, dynamic friction under load, the effects law of working medium pressure and velocity on the friction characteristics were obtained.
