    摘要:

    多年来,关注并跟踪光学设备抛光精磨机使用过程中的维修,发现滑架磨损失效频繁,维修费工费时,维修成本偏高。为解决这一难题,研究滑架的工作原理,对磨损问题进行分析,得出新的滑架设计思路,对滑架进行优化设计。针对新的结构,分析和实验表明:优化设计的结构在提高其使用性能的前提下,还能成倍提高其使用寿命,降低了维修频次和维修成本,可满足正常生产和方便维修的需求。

    Abstract:

    Over the years,tracking maintenance situation in the use process of optical polishing equipment grinding machine,it is found the slide wear failure of sliding frame is frequently ocurred,maintenance is timeconsuming and high cost.In order to solve this problem,the working principle of the sliding frame was studied,and the wear problem was analyzed.The new design idea for the sliding frame was obtained,and optimization design for the sliding frame was carried out.In view of the new design structure,analysis and experimental results show that the optimized structure can improve its service life and decrease maintenance frequency and maintenance cost under the premise of improving its performance.It can meet the needs of normal production and convenient maintenance.
