Abstract:Over the years,tracking maintenance situation in the use process of optical polishing equipment grinding machine,it is found the slide wear failure of sliding frame is frequently ocurred,maintenance is timeconsuming and high cost.In order to solve this problem,the working principle of the sliding frame was studied,and the wear problem was analyzed.The new design idea for the sliding frame was obtained,and optimization design for the sliding frame was carried out.In view of the new design structure,analysis and experimental results show that the optimized structure can improve its service life and decrease maintenance frequency and maintenance cost under the premise of improving its performance.It can meet the needs of normal production and convenient maintenance.
