    摘要:

    针对目前药型热加工在线切断装置防爆等级低、切断断面呈“马蹄形”的难题,设计防爆涡线型药型在线热切断装置。详细说明了药型的切断过程并以此作为基础设计机械结构和控制系统。切断装置采取环式进刀方式,可在线定长切断药型。其特点是采用类曲柄滑块机构夹紧物料;同时,应用行星轮机构以涡线型进刀方式切断物料。整套装置采用全气动控制及机械式互锁,提高装置在爆炸性粉尘工作环境中的安全性能。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem of the current propellant cutting device:the antiexplosion grade was low,and the cutting section was “horseshoe”,an antiexplosion vortex line online cutoff device was designed.The cutting process of the propellant was described and the mechanical structure and control system were designed.For the cutting device,ring line feeding mode was adopted,by which the propellant was cut with fixedlength.It was characterized that crank slider mechanism was used to clamp material.At the same time,the planetary wheel mechanism was used to cut off the material by the vortex line feed.The whole equipment adopts full pneumatic control and mechanical interlock to improve the safety performance of the device in the working environment of explosive dust.
