    摘要:

    针对机械搅拌式家用餐厨垃圾处理设备的不足,采用振动搅拌方式进行改进设计。其振动搅拌机构是典型的空间垂直单轴偏心激励系统,通过SolidWorks建模和ADAMS动力学仿真,得到弹簧变形长度与变形力以及质心位移。并根据质心位移的无序性可知搅拌桶内物料的无序性。同时以得到的质心位移参数为基本数据,设计出搅拌混合更均匀的新型家用餐厨垃圾处理设备。与原有家用餐厨垃圾处理设备相比,在餐厨处理时间和能耗等方面都取得较好效果。

    Abstract:

    Vibration stirring method was adopted to improve material mixing in view of original design of household kitchen waste treatment equipment with mechanical mixing method.Its vibration mixing mechanism was a typical vertical space singleaxis eccentric excitation system.The spring deformation length and deformation force were gotten as well as the displacement of mass center,through the SolidWorks modeling and dynamic simulation of ADAMS.According to the disorder of the mass center displacement,it was known that mixing barrel material was disordered.At the same time,the simulation parameters were used to design a new type of household kitchen waste treatment equipment with more uniform mixing effect.The treatment time and energy consumption of the designed household kitchen waste treatment equipment are better than those of the original equipment.
