Abstract:In order to recycle the swing mechanisms’ energy of hydraulic excavators further effectively,in order to study on the characteristics of piston motor, a simulation model of axial piston motor and swing mechanisms system was proposed based on AMESim software. The running time of the swing mechanism was taken as the input signal by the model to simulate the four operating processes 〖JP2〗of the excavator from static to the rotary braking and the reverse starting with the assistance of the accumulator.Based on a company’〖KG-*2〗s〖JP〗 23 t excavator product, relevant simulation mechanism parameter values were given, which guaranteed the rationality of the simulation running data. Furthermore, the structure, pressure impact,and energy recycling efficiency of accumulator of the axial piston motor were analyzed. The simulation results indicate that the model parameter is reasonable and the operation is correct. The scheme of energy recovery rotary mechanism provides a reference for the trialproduce of the fourwindow axial piston motor. Meanwhile, the pressure impact can be minimized under the optimized triangular groove.
