    摘要:

    膨胀技术广泛应用于油气钻采领域中,膨胀技术中的膨胀力是膨胀工具合理设计的关键技术参数,采用主应力法建立了膨胀管膨胀力的计算模型。针对膨胀力解析式较为复杂、不利于计算的问题,采用理论分析、数值模拟和实验相结合的方法对膨胀力进行研究,引入扩径因子,通过改变膨胀锥角建立膨胀锥体和膨胀管有限元模型,采用有限元分析的方法对不同摩擦因数下膨胀管的膨胀力进行数值模拟,结果显示膨胀力的理论值与实测值较为一致。通过不同摩擦因数下膨胀锥角与扩径因子的关系得知:在相同摩擦因数时,扩径因子随膨胀锥角的增大而增大。在半膨胀锥角为10°时,对膨胀管膨胀力的实测值与简化模型理论值进行对比,结果基本吻合,证明了简化膨胀力理论模型的合理性。扩径因子的引入简化了膨胀力的计算,为膨胀工具的设计提供便利。

    Abstract:

    Expansion technique is widely used in oil and gas drilling field. Expansive force is the key technology parameter of expansion tool reasonable design in expansion technique field.Expansive force calculation model of the expansion pipe was established by stress method. For expansive force analytic expression was relatively complex, introducing hole enlargement factor, by changing the expansion cone angle, expansion vertebral body finite element model and expansion pipe finite element model were established. Adopting finite element analysis method with different friction coefficient, the expansive force of expansion tube was numerically simulated. Results show that the theoretical value and measured value of expansion force are consistent. Through the relationship between the expansion cone angle and hole enlargement factor with different friction coefficient, with the same friction coefficient, hole enlargement factor increases along with the expansion cone angle. When half expansion cone angle was 10°,expansive force was compared between the measured values and the values obtained by the optimized theory model. The results are basically consistent. It is proved that the optimized theory model is reasonable.The introduction of expansion coefficient simplifies the calculation of the expansive force, which provides convenience for the design of the expansion tool.
