    摘要:

    针对数控系统可靠性评价问题,提出一种基于平均首次故障时间(MTTFF)的可靠性评价方法。对20台采用FANUC 0i数控系统的数控机床进行24个月的故障跟踪,获得其首次故障时间实验数据,对首次故障时间的时间分布函数进行参数估计,然后基于蒙特卡罗法对该时间分布函数进行区间估计,得到较为精确的该型数控系统首次故障时间区间估计值。该估计值对数控系统可靠性设计和评价具有指导作用。

    Abstract:

    A reliability evaluation method based on mean time to first failure (MTTFF) was proposed for the CNC system reliability evaluation problem. The health status of 20 CNC machines which were equipped with FANUC 0i CNC system were monitored for 24 months, and the experimental data about first failure time were acquired. Then the distribution function parameters of the first failure time data were estimated. The interval of the distribution function was estimated based on Monte Carlo method, and the interval estimation value of the first failure time about the CNC system with high degree of confidence was gotten. This estimation value is of guiding significance to the reliability design and evaluation of CNC systems.
