    摘要:

    针对大型起竖装备举升液压系统能量损失严重的问题,建立系统的负载模型,分析无外界扰动下的负载特点。将负载等效为折线式负载,在起竖初始和终了阶段均设定为恒定负载,在中间阶段设定为线性负载,实现驱动系统压力与负载力相匹配,同时保证系统压力有余量。设计与折线负载特性相匹配的液压驱动系统及压力切换控制策略,并通过压力切换控制实现了起竖过程能耗的降低。通过仿真对液压系统特性进行分析,结果表明:该系统运行可靠稳定,能耗降低56%,为大型起竖液压驱动系统设计与控制提供了一种有效的方法。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at high energy consumption of large erecting equipment,a load model of the hydraulic system was built,and the load characteristics without disturbance were analyzed.A hydraulic system matched load was built.The true load was equivalent to a brokenline load,which was set as a constant load at the beginning and end of erection,and a linear load at the middle stage,so as to match the driving system pressure with the load force and ensure that there was a surplus of system pressure.Then the hydraulic drive system and pressure switched control strategy matching the load characteristics were designed,and the energy consumption of the erection system was reduced through the pressure switching control.At last,the hydraulic system characteristic was analyzed by simulation.The results show that the system is reliable and stable,and energy consumption decreases more than 56%.A useful method is provided to large erecting equipment design and control.
