    摘要:

    针对飞机液压系统压力提高至28 MPa,某研究所设计了一种额定压力为28 MPa的射流管电液压力伺服阀,此阀的压力增益为单向正增益并在结构上带有力反馈。基于此阀的物理结构,建立对应的数学模型并分析28 MPa压力伺服阀的动态性能,从理论上证实了方案的可行性。同时,根据此阀的动态分析结果,介绍了提高阀频响的相关方法。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the hydraulic pressure of aircraft to 28 MPa, a jetpipe electrohydraulic pressure servo valve with rated pressure of 28 MPa was designed by a research institute. The pressure gain of the valve was a oneway positive gain and had a force feedback on the structure.Based on the physical structure of the valve, the corresponding mathematical model was established, and the dynamic performance of the 28 MPa pressure servo valve was analyzed. The feasibility of the project was proved by theory. At the same time, according to the dynamic analysis results of the valve, the relevant methods to improve the frequency response of the valve were introduced.
