    摘要:

    针对目前化工生产过程中主要靠人工击打的方式实现结晶产物从结晶罐内壁剥离脱落的情况,设计一款化工结晶罐体自动击打落料装置。此落料装置采用模拟人工击打落料的工艺,装置整体框架支撑于罐体顶部,依靠驱动轮驱动,实现架体绕罐体的旋转运动,升降机构带动击打锤体上下运动;电控系统采用PLC加触摸屏的控制方式,实现了对罐体表面的自动击打。对击打锤的击打力和结构参数进行了分析计算,在保证足够击打力的情况下,优化了锤的结构。经现场应用,满足了无水三氯化铝的生产要求,为相关产品的设计提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the chemical crystallization production process,a new type of automatic striking device for chemical crystal tank was designed to solve the problem, that crystallized product was separated from crystal tank wall depending on manual work. Combined with the existing production process, a program was identified to imitate blanking of people hitting the tank.The whole frame of the device was supported on the top of the tank body and the rack body was driven to rotate around the tank body by drive wheels. The lifting mechanism drove the hammer body to move up and down. In the electric control system, PLC & touch screen control method was adopted to realize automatic hitting to the tank surface.The impact force and structural parameters of the hammer were analyzed and calculated, and the structure of the hammer was optimized under the condition of ensuring sufficient punching force. In the actual production application, it meets the anhydrous aluminum trichloride production requirements, which provides a reference for the design of other similar products.
