    摘要:

    针对现代纸浆模塑制品生产线自动化发展趋势,为了提高纸浆模塑转运过程的生产效率、增强设备运行的稳定性、改善工人工作环境,系统分析纸浆模塑的生产压制、转运、烘干工艺后,设计一套基于PLC的纸浆模塑转运设备自动化控制系统。针对纸浆模塑转运过程具有阶段性的特点,采用专家系统控制方案对软件系统进行优化,提出分块存储系统数据的方法,并完成了相应的硬件和软件系统设计。现场运行结果表明:系统工作状态稳定,设备出现故障的次数较少,从而提高了产品的合格率。系统转运效率高,能很好地匹配纸浆模塑生产压制和烘干工艺的节拍,进一步提高纸浆模塑制品的市场竞争力。

    Abstract:

    According to the development tendency of pulp molding product automatic production line, to improve the stability, efficiency and working condition in pulp molding conveying process, on the analysis of the pulp molding suppression, conveying, drying craft, an automatic control system for pulp molding product conveying equipment based on PLC was designed. For the characteristic of system running was segmented, expert system control scheme was used to optimize the design of system software, a method to save the system data sectional was come up, and the corresponding hardware and software system design were completed. The running results show that the system state is stable, failure has occurred fewer times, product qualified rate is improved greatly. The system has a high conveying efficiency, meeting the beat of pulp molding suppression and drying craft well, which improve the market competitiveness of pulp molding product.
