    摘要:

    以某型飞机主起落架作为设计对象,通过综合分析它需要完成的各种试验工况及承受的载荷,研制该通用起落架结构静力/疲劳试验综合试验台,能够满足100吨级中型运输机及以下起落架对结构静力和疲劳试验的要求。通过缓冲器变行程装置、加载点跟随装置及加载撬杠的独特设计,可以适用于各种型号不同高度规格的起落架试验,提高了试验台的通用性;控制系统分为试验载荷加载控制系统和加载点跟随装置控制系统,按照试验流程进行切换,不间断进行试验,提升了试验效率及自动化水平。

    Abstract:

    By synthetically analyzing the load that a certain type of aircraft main undercarriage borne under various experimental conditions,a general undercarriage test bench for static and fatigue comprehensive test was developed. The test bench could meet the requirements of structural static and fatigue tests for undercarriage of mediumsize transport aircraft weighing 100 t. The ceeative designs of device for changing the distance of run of bumper,device for following the points of load and loading crowbar made it possible for doing tests of various versions and heights of undercarriages,which improved the generality of the test bench.The control systems included test loading control system and the loading points following control system. The two systems could be switched freely according to the test process,promoting test efficiency and automation level.
