    摘要:

    在分析现有国内外电梯能耗测试和评价的基础上,针对现有电梯评价系统的不足,通过分析电梯部分工况能耗实测数据,提出采用二次抛物线函数拟合电梯运行能耗与试验载荷的函数关系,经过比对试验验证了其正确性,从而能够大量减少测量电梯能耗的工作量。针对现有电梯能耗评价方案的不足,在测量42台不同主要参数的电梯能耗系数的基础上,基于向量Euclid范数提出一种有效的电梯能效等级划分方案,所提的方案能够更加真实地反映电梯的实际能耗大小。

    Abstract:

    Based on the analysis of the existing energy consumption tests and evaluations of elevators at home and abroad,aiming at the shortcomings of existing elevator evaluation system,the quadratic parabolic function used for fitting the function of elevator operating energy consumption and test load was proposed based on the actual measurement results of energy consumption data under some working conditions of elevators and its correctness was verified,so the workload of measuring energy consumption of elevators was reduced greatly.Aiming at the insufficiency of existing energy consumption evaluation system,an efficient energy consumption grade scheme was proposed based on the vector Euclid norm by measuring energy consumption coefficient of 42 elevators with different main parameters,by which the actual energy consumption of the elevator could be reflected truly.
