Abstract:Based on the analysis of the existing energy consumption tests and evaluations of elevators at home and abroad,aiming at the shortcomings of existing elevator evaluation system,the quadratic parabolic function used for fitting the function of elevator operating energy consumption and test load was proposed based on the actual measurement results of energy consumption data under some working conditions of elevators and its correctness was verified,so the workload of measuring energy consumption of elevators was reduced greatly.Aiming at the insufficiency of existing energy consumption evaluation system,an efficient energy consumption grade scheme was proposed based on the vector Euclid norm by measuring energy consumption coefficient of 42 elevators with different main parameters,by which the actual energy consumption of the elevator could be reflected truly.
