    摘要:

    为实现FDM(熔融沉积成型法)多喷头3D打印多材料、多颜色增量制造,在完成多喷头3D打印机结构设计的基础上,通过分析单喷头3D打印机成型运动模式,研究多头3D打印机各运动部件成型轨迹及运动特征。并据此确定其控制方式、控制对象及控制流程,设计基于开放式分层软件+多轴联动控制通信的控制系统。最后,利用三维设计软件构建了彩色三维数据模型并对其成型过程实施仿真。经验证,该多喷头3D打印机可实现多彩色三维模型制作。

    Abstract:

    In order to realize the multimaterial and multicolor incremental manufacturing of 3D printing with FDM(fused deposition modeling),the structure of the multinozzle 3D printer was designed;through analyzing the singlenozzle 3D printer movement,the forming trajectory and motion characteristics of the multihead 3D printer were studied.And the control method,control object and control flow were determined,the control system was also designed based on open layered software & multiaxis linkage control communication.Finally,the threedimensional design software was used to construct the color threedimensional data model and to simulate the molding process.It is verified that the multinozzle 3D printer can realize multicolor threedimensional model production.
