    摘要:

    为了满足旋转部件动态参数的实时传输需要,解决传统系统使用电刷带来的传输数据量小、电刷寿命短而红外、蓝牙等技术易受电磁干扰的问题,设计一种基于LED可见光全双工通信系统,给出系统的整体设计方案,研究以LED可见光作为载体的数据发送与以硅光电二极管作为接收器的数据接收的传输效率及可靠性。测试结果表明:此系统支持串口的115 200 b/s通信波特率,通信距离可达10 cm,可以满足大多数旋转部件的数据传输需求,具有稳定性高、速度快、寿命长和成本低等优点。

    Abstract:

    Brush is traditional used in realtime transmission of dynamic parameters of rotating machines,which is a contact part and limit to short life.The wireless communication method such as infrared,bluetooth and so on are susceptible to electromagnetic interference.A duplex communication system based on LiFi was proposed and the overall design of the system was discussed.The transmission efficiency and reliability of the data transmission were studied in which visible light was used as a carrier and a silicon photodiode was used as a receiver.The test results show that:the system supports 115 200 b/s baud rate of the USRT part,and the communication distance is up to 10 cm,which meet the data transfer requirements of most rotating components,and the system has the advantages of high stability,high speed,long life and low cost.
