    骨外科手术钻孔要求对骨骼损伤较小以及术后快速恢复。基于ABAQUS建立皮质骨钻削模型,通过中心复合试验设计,研究钻削参数(进给速度、主轴转速和钻头直径)对轴向力的影响。使用MATLAB对试验数据进行多元线性回归分析,得到钻削力的数学模型,并结合遗传算法,找出皮质骨钻孔最小轴向力的最佳钻削参数组合。优化结果为骨科手术钻孔操作中钻削用量的选择提供参考。

    Abstract:

    During orthopedic surgery, drilling operations require minimum drilling damage to bone and rapid recovery after surgery. A cortical bone drilling model was established based on ABAQUS, and the effects of feed speed, spindle speed and drill diameter on axial force were studied through a central composite experimental design.Multivariate linear regression analysis of the experimental data was done using MATLAB, the mathematical model of drilling force was gotten. Combined with the genetic algorithm in MATLAB, the best combination of drilling parameters (feed speed and spindle speed) and drill diameter was found for the minimum axial force during drilling of the bones. It provides theoretical guidance for analyzing the distribution of drilling force during bone drilling operation and provides a reference for selection of drilling dosage for bone drilling by orthopedic surgeons.
