    摘要:

    为改善桥载空调由于恒速送风所造成的客舱热舒适性不佳和节能效率不高的情况,用CFD方法建立了波音737飞机经济舱及人体的三维模型,对夏季工况下不同送风速度时客舱内的温度场进行了仿真分析。采用IPMV-PPD(Integrated Predicted Mean Vote-Predicted Percentage of Dissatisfied people)作为热舒适性指标,在选取的采样截面上得到各个采样点的风速、温度及IPMV、PPD的值,通过高斯拟合得到送风速度与IPMV、PPD平均值之间的曲线关系,进而求出满足乘客热舒适性要求的桥载空调最佳送风速度区间,为客舱舒适性控制及桥载空调节能控制提供理论依据。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the influence of air supply velocity on cabin thermal comfort,improve the problem of poor cabin comfort and energy saving effect caused by constant air supply velocity of bridge load air conditioning, the cabin simulation threedimensional (3D) model based Boeing 737 aircraft cabin and human body is built by using the method of Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD). The Integrated Predicted Mean Vote-Predicted Percentage of Dissatisfied people (IPMV-PPD) was used as the thermal comfort index, the wind speed, temperature and IPMV,PPD values of each sampling point were collected, and then the relationship between the air supply velocity and the average value of the thermal comfort index IPMV and PPD was obtained by Gaussian fitting. So the optimal air supply velocity range is obtained,which meet the thermal comfort requirement and provide theoretical basis for energysaving of bridge load air conditioning.
