    摘要:

    为降低危险品运输车排气管中尾气温度过高或夹带火星颗粒对装载车上的易燃易爆品产生安全隐患,运用ANSYS Workbench集成平台和Fluent软件对某型危险品运输车排气管总成中的4种消声器结构进行流体特性和温度场研究,选取4种冷却液入口流速对设计的4种消声器结构进行流、固和热耦合数值模拟计算。分析结果表明:当入口流速为2 m/s时,C型结构消声器的降温效果最佳,最低温度能降到8498 ℃。研究结果可为特种车辆排气管主消声器降温结构优化提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to decrease the risks of dangerous goods transport vehicles exhaust pipe that temperature of exhaust gas was too high or sparks might light inflammable and explosive materials on the car, ANSYS Workbench platform and Fluent software were used to research the fluid properties and temperature field of four types of muffler assembly structure in a certain type of exhaust pipe of dangerous goods transport vehicle.Four kinds of coolant inlet entrance velocity were selected to make numerical simulation of flow and thermal solid coupling for four different kinds of muffler structure. The results show that when the inlet velocity is 2 m/s, the cooling effect of the C type structure muffler is the best which minimum temperature can be decreased to 8498 ℃.The results provide reference for the cooling structure optimization of the main muffler of the special vehicles exhaust pipe.
