    摘要:

    针对某数控铣床床身的结构薄弱处,提出一种基于灵敏分析以及试验设计方法的床身优化设计方法。建立床身的有限元模型,在其工况下进行静力学和模态分析,在此基础上对其主要设计尺寸进行BoxBehnken试验设计,并进行灵敏度分析和建立响应面模型,采用多目标优化算法对其优化。优化结果表明:采用此方法优化后,床身的最大变形量减小了20.8%,前三阶加权固有频率提高了13.3%,质量减小了3.3%,为床身的优化设计提供了一种新思路。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the weaknesses of CNC milling machine bed,a method was presented based on sensitivity analysis and design of experiment.The finite element model of the bed was established,and static and modal analysis was carried out under the condition.BoxBehnken experiment design method was adopted to carry out sensitivity analysis and establish the response surface model.The multiobjective optimization algorithm was applied to optimize the model and combined with the production technique to determine the best optimization scheme.The analysis results show that the maximum deformation of optimized bed is reduced by 20.8%,the first three natural weighted frequencies is increased by 13.3% and the weight is decreased by 3.3%.Compared with the original design,The new design provides a new idea for the design and optimization of the bed.
