    摘要:

    由于环形压敏电阻器的电极只处在器件的一面,电极之间间隔着一定的距离,使用测试设备对其电性能进行测试分选时测试针经常位于两电极之间的绝缘瓷体上,使得电压测试值超出规定上限,造成测试结果的误判,分选到不良品仓和重测仓里的良品较多,导致一次测试合格率偏低,故必须要对这些产品作重测处理。针对重测这个问题,对测试机的振动送料部分和测试部分进行分析,提出合理的实施方案, 重点针对预检和防错部分进行设计。经验证并实施后,大幅度提高了测试机测试的准确率。

    Abstract:

    Ring varistors test equipment needle is often located in the insulation porcelain body between the two electrodes in the test on its electrical performance testing and sorting, the voltage measurement value exceeds the limit, causing false positives to the test results.So many good products are sorted to unqualified warehouse and retest positions, qualification rate of one test is low. Therefore, retesting treatment must be done. To solve this problem, the vibration test machine feeding part and testing subsystem were analyzed, reasonable scheme was put forward, the pre inspection and error proofing part were focused on. Through verification and implementation, the test accuracy of testing machine is greatly improved.
