    摘要:

    音速喷嘴法气体计量标准装置采用负压法和正压法两种计量方式对流体机型计量。为了提高计量的精确度,降低流体流动扰动对计量的影响,需要在前直管段安装稳流结构。目前稳流结构采用组合圆管方式,仍存在不足之处。因此,对音速喷嘴法气体流量标准装置的稳流结构进行优化,提出采用蜂窝状组合直管结构,并对两种结构进行建模和CFD模拟仿真。通过对比得知,蜂窝状组合直管稳流结构的稳流效果更佳。

    Abstract:

    In gas measurement standard device based on sonic nozzle method,negative pressure method and positive pressure method are used to measure fluid models.In order to improve the measurement accuracy and reduce the impact of fluid flow disturbance on the measurement,it is necessary to install a steady flow structure in the front straight pipe section.Current steady flow structure is a combination of pipe,there are still inadequacies.Therefore,the steadyflow structure of the gas flow standard device with sonic nozzle was optimized.The honeycomb combined straight pipe structure was proposed,and two kinds of structure modeling and CFD simulation were completed.By comparing,the honeycomb combined straight pipe shows better results on steady flow.
