    摘要:

    针对影响外圆电解磨削加工效率与精度的3个主要工艺参数[1],工作电压、电解液的浓度、阴阳两极间的间隙进行了研究与分析。利用某工厂改造的外圆数控电解磨床,对伺服机构二级活塞杆外圆进行加工,并对工艺参数不断地复合、修正,最终获得较好的实验数据。根据分析实验数据,确定了该零件外圆电解磨加工的3个主要工艺参数的组合。加工实验表明:采用这些工艺参数组合提高了外圆加工的质量与精度。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at influence the cylindrical electrolytic grinding efficiency and the precision of the three main process parameters, such as working voltage, concentration of electrolyte, and clearance between negative electrode and positive electrode are studied and analyzed. By using a factory reconstruction of cylindrical numerical control (NC) electrolytic grinding machine, the outer circle of the secondary piston rod of the servo mechanism was machined, and the process parameters were constantly combined and corrected, and better experimental data were obtained. According to the research and analysis of the experimental data, the combination of three main process parameters of the electrochemical machining (ECM) was determined. Processing results show that: using these parameters combination can improve the machining quality and precision of the cylindrical.
