    摘要:

    应用于航空航天领域的电磁阀,性能要求高于普通行业电磁阀,常应具有快速响应、体积小、质量轻、环境适应性强、可靠性高、使用寿命长等特点。两位三通电磁阀是一种常用电磁阀,需要同时满足上、下阀座的密封要求。初始零件制造、装配误差、阀口挤压变形误差以及使用过程中阀芯、阀座磨损会造成阀芯运动位置误差。阀芯运动位置误差将严重影响电磁阀电磁力及复位弹簧弹力,从而影响电磁阀动态特性甚至导致电磁阀失效。针对某航空航天领域用两位三通电磁阀进行了尺寸链计算,设计了误差影响分析图,对阀芯运动位置误差影响进行分析并提出误差补偿方法及措施。

    Abstract:

    The performance requirement to solenoid valves used in aerospace is higher than those used in ordinary industry. The solenoid valves used in aerospace need the characteristics of fast response, small size, light weight, good environmental adaptability, high reliability, long life and so on. Twoposition threeway solenoid valve is a kind of commonly used solenoid valve, which needs to meet the sealing requirements for the upper and lower seat. The initial manufacturing, assembly errors, the extrusion deformation errors of valve ports and the wear of the seats will result in position error of spindle motion. The position error of spindle motion will seriously affect the electromagnetic force and spring force, thus it will affect the dynamic properties and even cause the failure of magnet valves. The dimension chain of a twoposition threeway solenoid valve used in aerospace was analyzed, the analysis chart of error influence was 〖JP3〗designed, the influence of position error of spindle motion was analyzed and the method and measure of error compensation were put forward.
