    摘要:

    为了能够对发动机曲轴进行自动、快速、准确的测量,设计一台发动机曲轴综合参数测量仪。介绍曲轴的测量要求、测量系统的组成方案和测量原理,对测量系统的硬件进行设计选型;介绍测量系统软件各模块的作用和测量系统的运行过程,分析系统误差产生的主要原因;采用最小二乘法原理对数据进行处理,减小了测量误差。此系统已投入使用,实现了对曲轴参数快速、高效、准确的自动测量。

    Abstract:

    In order to perform automatic, rapid and accurate measurement to the crankshaft,an engine crankshaft integrated parameter measuring instrument was designed. The measurement requirements of crankshaft, the composition scheme and measuring principle of the measuring system were introduced. The hardware of the measurement system was designed and selected. The function of each module and the running process of the measuring system were introduced. The main causes of system error were analyzed. The least square method was used to deal with the data, so the measurement error was reduced. The system has been put into use. The fast, efficient and accurate automatic measurement of crankshaft parameters is realized.
