    摘要:

    介绍一种新式旋转阀芯液压阀的结构和工作原理,并对阀芯低压工作条件下受力在理论上进行分析。应用ANSYS软件对阀芯进行CFD分析,获得了低压工作条件下内部流场的特征,在理论上计算了阀芯工作力矩。通过实验研究获得了低压工作条件下阀芯在不同开口度和压力下的工作力矩,验证了CFD分析结果。转动力矩分析结果说明该型旋转阀芯液压阀低压工作条件下结构简单、稳定,转动力矩较小,控制灵活,选择合适的电机及控制方法可以对阀口开度实现灵活控制,满足液压系统实际需要。

    Abstract:

    An introduction to the structure and working principle of a novel rotatingspool hydraulic valve is provided, and a theoretical force analysis of the spool under the low pressure working conditions is carried out. The ANSYS software was used to conduct a theoretical Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis on the spool, and the characteristics of the internal flow field under the low pressure working condition were obtained. The working torque of the spool was calculated in theory. The working torque of the spool, in the varying degrees of the opening and pressure, from the experiments with the lowpressure working conditions further verified the results of the CFD analysis.The results from this rotational torque analysis demonstrate that this novel rotatingspool hydraulic valve is advantageous in having a simple and robust structure, small rotational torque, and high control accuracy under the lowpressure working conditions.Nicety control of the valve opening can be achieved to meet the practical needs of the hydraulic system when a appropriate motor and the control methods are selected.
