    摘要:

    随着数控机床制造业的快速发展,热因素对数控加工精度的影响也越来越大。以华中8型数控系统的XHK715三轴立式加工中心为主要研究对象,通过对不同温度条件下机床各项误差的测量,分析了热因素对机床误差的影响,建立了热因素与误差影响的数学模型,推算出了热误差曲线拟合方程,得出热因素对机床各项误差的影响关系,为机床热误差控制提供了指导。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid development of modern manufacturing of computer numerical control(CNC) machine tool, the influence of thermal factors on CNC machining accuracy is also growing. Taking XHK715 three-axis vertical machining tools with Huazhong 8 CNC control system as the main research object, the influence of thermal factors on the errors of machine tools was analyzed by measuring the errors of machine tools under different temperature conditions, the math model of thermal factors and errors influence was established, and the fitting equations of thermal error curve were calculated. Lastly, the influence law of thermal factors on the errors of machine tools is obtained, which provides effective guidance for controlling the thermal errors of machine tools.
