    摘要:

    为了减小多路换向阀工作时的流阻,降低系统功率消耗,运用FLUENT对多路换向阀回流区域内部流道形状进行数值模拟,并对内部流场进行三维模拟,通过改变断面形状的参数对流道进行优化。仿真结果表明:改进后的流道结构优化了流道截面通流面积,有效降低油液流阻,具有良好的通流能力。所进行的研究工作对于提高多路换向阀的工作效率、降低能耗等提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to reduce the flow resistance and power consumption of the system when the multiple directional control valve worked, numerical simulation study for the inside flow channel shape of multiple directional control valve was carried out by using FLUENT. The threedimensional simulation of the internal flow field was carried out, and the flow passage was optimized by changing the parameters of the section shape.The simulation results show that the improved flow channel structure optimizes the flow path area, which effectively reduces the oil flow resistance and has good oil breakthrough capability. The research provides reference for improving efficiency and reducing energy consumption of multiple direction reversing valve.
