Abstract:In order to solve the problem of mechanical processing of bay scallop, the overall plan, pneumatic system and electrical control system were designed. After completing the selection of main work and the control parts, the main parameters of the system, such as cylinder working stroke, working speed, working pressure and time delay of time relay, were adjusted to complete the noload test and scallop processing test. The test results show that: pneumatic system has a steady speed and a stable pressure. The action of relay can be completed quickly and accurately, and the effect of each process is better. So it meets the requirements of system reliability and stability design, which provides a new way for the mechanized processing of bay scallop.
