    摘要:

    为解决海湾扇贝机械化加工的问题,以海湾扇贝为研究对象,进行总体方案、气动系统、电气控制系统设计,同时对气缸、电磁阀、空压机、中间继电器和时间继电器等主要工作部件与控制部件进行选型;通过对系统各工序中的气缸工作行程、工作速度、工作压力以及时间继电器延时时间等主要参数的调节,实现对整机的自动控制并分别进行空载试验和扇贝加工试验。试验结果表明:气动系统速度平稳,压力稳定,继电器反应快、动作准确,满足系统可靠性、稳定性的设计要求,各工序作业效果较好,为海湾扇贝机械化加工提供了新方法。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem of mechanical processing of bay scallop, the overall plan, pneumatic system and electrical control system were designed. After completing the selection of main work and the control parts, the main parameters of the system, such as cylinder working stroke, working speed, working pressure and time delay of time relay, were adjusted to complete the noload test and scallop processing test. The test results show that: pneumatic system has a steady speed and a stable pressure. The action of relay can be completed quickly and accurately, and the effect of each process is better. So it meets the requirements of system reliability and stability design, which provides a new way for the mechanized processing of bay scallop.
