    摘要:

    用ANSYS-FLUENT软件研究挤出联动生产线中上吹风冷却装置的外形结构形式、风源入口方向、出口流道吹风倾斜角度等主要结构参数变化对其吹风性能的影响。研究中以空气为介质得出相关参数变化对上吹风冷却性能的影响规律。结果表明:横截面外形为圆筒形比矩形上吹风冷却装置可实现更均匀的出口速度;风源入口垂直于出口方向更有利于获取较大的出口速度均匀性;出口流道吹风倾斜角为12°时上吹风冷却装置表现的吹风效果最佳。

    Abstract:

    The influence of the main structural parameters such as the shape and structure of the upper blower cooling device, the direction of the inlet of the air source and the angle of the outlet flow path on the flow field performance of the upper blower cooling device was studied by ANSYS-FLUENT software. In the study, the influence of the change of relevant parameters on the performance of the airblowing cooling was obtained by using air as the medium. The results show that the cylinder crosssectional shape is better than rectangular in upper aircooled cooling device to achieve a more uniform outlet velocity. The wind source inlet perpendicular to the outlet direction is more conducive to obtaining greater exit velocity uniformity. When the tilt angle of outlet duct is 12 °,it is more conducive to get the best blowing effect.
