    摘要:

    对一种基于阻尼活塞的自增益光纤差压传感器进行了研究。提出了基于阻尼活塞的机械封装式传感器探头结构,并对传感器系统进行了设计;对传感器进行了理论研究,建立了传感器的强度补偿模型、强度调制函数及传感模型,并依据理论模型进行了实验分析。实验结果表明:阻尼弹簧在不同设计尺寸下,传感器具有不同的量程。且传感器具有较〖JP2〗好的灵敏度与线性度,输出值能实现自增益。研究表明,光纤差压传感器具有较好的检测性能,能满足不同检测场合的需要。

    Abstract:

    A kind of selfgain optical fiber differential pressure sensor based on damping piston is studied. Firstly, the structure of the sensor probe based on the damping piston was put forward, and the design of the sensor system was also presented. Then the theoretical study of the sensor was carried out, the intensity compensation model, the intensity modulation function and the sensing model of the sensor were established, and the simulation experiment was carried out based on the theoretical model. At last, the experiment was carried out by using the experimental prototype. The experimental results show that: in different design dimensions, the sensor has different measuring range, and the sensor has better sensitivity and linearity, the output value can be achieved selfgain. The research shows that the optical fiber differential pressure sensor has better detection performance and can meet the needs of different detection occasions.
