Abstract:Efficient precision is an eternal theme in manufacturing field. Based on the data of experiment and trial production, the key technologies in the 2017 BRICS Skill Development and Technology Innovation Competition-NC Multiaxis Coordinated Machining of Complex Parts were analyzed. The processing and manufacturing process of the three core components including the base plate, indexing plate and cam shaft in the indexing mechanism of cam were systematically and comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of shape, technology, tool path setting and machine tool operation. Practice has proved that the process strategy is efficient, sophisticated, and reliable.It provides reference for relevant technical skills competition contestants and industry technicians.
