    摘要:

    多级丝杠电动缸相比单级丝杠电动缸结构更为复杂,传动机构更多,其效率损失环节相对增加。多级丝杠机构作为多级电动缸的核心传动机构,其传动效率直接影响着电动缸的总体效率。通过对多级丝杠结构分析,对多级丝杠效率进行了建模分析,推导了多级丝杠效率公式。分析了多级丝杠传动效率与各级丝杠公称直径及导程之间的变化规律。结合电动缸结构的特殊要求,以电动缸效率最优为目标,通过加权函数非线性约束最值优化计算,确定最佳的结构参数组合,并分析在最优效率下载荷变化对各级结构参数的影响。研究结果为多级电动缸的设计提供了理论参考。

    Abstract:

    The multistage screw electric cylinder is more complex than the single stage screw electric cylinder in structure, and the transmission mechanism is more, and its efficiency loss link is increased relatively. As the core transmission mechanism of multistage electric cylinder, the transmission efficiency of the multistage screw mechanism directly affects the overall efficiency of the electric cylinder. By analyzing the structure of the multistage screw, the efficiency of the multistage screw is modeled and analyzed, and the efficiency formula of the multistage screw is derived. The change rules between the transmission efficiency of the multistage screw and the nominal diameter and the guide range of the screw were analyzed. According to the special requirement of electric cylinder structure, the electric cylinder efficiency as the goal, through the weighted function of nonlinear constrained optimal value optimization calculation, the structure parameters of the best combination were determined, the optimal efficiency of load changes impact on the levels of structure parameters was analyzed. The study results can provide a theoretical reference for the design of multistage electric cylinder.
