Abstract:In order to solve the contradiction between the large flow rate and response speed of the highspeed onoff valve, a pilot operated highspeed onoff valve was designed.In the pilot control valve, a 2D digital servo valve with high frequency and large flow rate was adopted, the main valve was adopted a slide valve structure, and the flow rate of the onoff valve was increased by the output structure of the double side flow of the parallel valve port. On the basis of the working principle and structure of the switch valve, the experimental research on the zero leakage characteristic of the valve, the flow characteristics of the valve port and the dynamic response characteristic of the valve core was carried out.The results show that the system pressure is 15 MPa, the opening time of the valve is 1675 ms, the valve closing time is 25 ms, the output flow of the valve is about 3 100 L/min when the pressure difference of the valve port is 2 MPa.
