    摘要:

    用六面顶压机及两面顶压机制造金刚石时,在保压阶段常采用副泵来维持压力的恒定,不可避免地会产生压力脉动。采用分布式电动直驱供能方式,对保压阶段进行三通道压力补偿策略的研究,实现了压力的准确控制。该系统避免了传统阀控系统的能源浪费以及泵控系统中响应慢等缺陷,探索了人造金刚石压机压力控制的新途径。

    Abstract:

    When diamond is produced by traditional sixsided and twoside pressure machine, vice pump is often used to maintain constant pressure during the pressureholding stage. It is inevitable to produce pressure pulsation. The energy supply mode of distributed electric direct drive was used to research the threechannel pressure compensation strategy for the pressureholding stage, which achieved the accurate control of pressure. This system avoids the energy waste of the traditional valve control system and the slow response in the pump control system. In addition, it explores a new way to control the pressure of artificial diamond press.
