    摘要:

    针对传统隔爆外壳水压试验机的不足,设计出一种新型隔爆外壳水压试验机。进行了水压试验机的机械结构设计,运用等应力理论和有限元分析,设计出压紧端盖等关键零部件,使得工程机械材料合理利用,其次进行液压系统的设计,并通过现场试验,验证了设计的正确性和新型水压试验机的简便易操作性

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional explosionproof enclosure hydrostatic tester, a new type of explosionproof hydrostatic tester is designed. First, the mechanical structure of hydrastatic tester was designed. Based on Isostress theory and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) theory, the compression end cover, and other important components were designed, which made engineering materials of reasonable use. Second, the hydraulic system was designed. Finally, through the field test, verifies the validity of the design and easy operability of new hydrastatic tester are verified.
