    摘要:

    在切削加工中大量使用切削液,不但增加了加工成本,而且也带来了环境污染,甚至危害操作人员的身体健康。干式切削是解决这些问题的有效方法之一。在切削加工过程中,干式切削不使用任何切削液,既减少了环境污染,同时也避免了对切削液后处理所产生的大量费用。介绍了干式切削技术的研究现状、干式切削工艺的特点和干式切削技术的应用,着重分析了实现干式切削技术需要解决的相关技术问题,比如刀具材料的选择、刀具几何参数的优化以及机床结构的优化等,最后指出了干式切削技术未来的发展方向。

    Abstract:

    The extensive use of cutting fluid in cutting process not only increases the cost of machining, but also brings environmental pollution and even endangers the health of operators. Dry cutting is one of the effective methods to solve these problems. Dry cutting does not use any cutting fluid, which not only reduces environmental pollution, but also avoids the cost of post-treatment of cutting fluid. The research status of dry cutting technology,the characteristics of dry cutting technology and the application of dry cutting technology were introduced.The relevant technical problems that need to be solved to realize dry cutting technology were analyzed mainly, such as the selection of cutting tool materials, the optimization of tool geometry parameters and the optimization of machine tool structure, and etc. Finally, the development trend of dry cutting technology in the future is pointed out.
