    摘要:

    针对目前矿山井下巷道带式输送机胶带更换困难,研制了步进式换带装置,其特点是体积小、质量轻、易拆卸与安装。在现场进行调研并计算其参数,利用Automation Studio软件对换带装置液压系统进行模拟研究,分别得到固定防跑带压紧回路、移动压紧回路、拉带回路的工作油缸压力与活塞杆速度,结果表明该液压系统符合工况安全性要求。试制样机之后,对其液压系统进行优化,拉带时间由38 s缩短为31 s,提高了换带装置的工作效率。

    Abstract:

    Concerning the difficulty of tape replacement for belt conveyors in underground mine tunnels, a kind of stepping belt changer is developed. Its characteristics were small size, light weight, easy to disassemble and install. Through the investigation and calculation of the parameters at the site, the design of the hydraulic system of the belt change device was researched by using Automation Studio software. The working cylinder pressure and piston rod speed of the fixed antirun belt clamping circuit,moving clamping circuit,pull belt circuit were respectively obtained. The results show that the operating conditions meet the safety requirements of the hydraulic system. After making the prototype, the hydraulic system optimized, the tape pull time is shortened from 38 s to 31 s, which improves the working efficiency of the tape changer.
