    摘要:

    采用拓扑优化结合目标驱动优化的方法对岩心钻机底座及给进机身进行了轻量化设计,使底座和给进机身质量分别降低了1544%、2618%,且应力分布更加均匀,材料利用率大幅提高。并采用数字散斑相关法对给进机身动态应变进行了测量,验证其强度满足设计要求,同时获得机身的振动频率为13 Hz,为整机动态设计提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    The lightweight design of core drill pedestal and feeding body was carried out through topological optimization combined with goal driven optimization,by which the masses of pedestal and feeding body were reduced by 1544% and 2618% respectively,also the stress was distributed well and the material utilization was increased.Then the feeding body’s dynamic strain was measured using digital speckle correlation method,which indicated that its strength met the design requirement.Meanwhile,the vibration frequency was obtained as 13 Hz,which provided a reference for the dynamic design of whole machine.
