    以低地板轻轨车防折弯液压系统为研究对象,针对系统的横向减振功能,在建立相应数学模型基础上分析了组合阻尼形成原理,并利用AMESim系统对阻尼特性进行了仿真计算。进一步分析了缓冲阀门组设计参数变化对系统阻尼特性的影响。研究表明:缓冲阀门组中的节流阀与限压阀组合形成了具有多拐点特征的多段抛物线组合的防折弯液压系统阻尼特性。限压阀的开启压力决定着系统阻尼力峰值,节流阀孔径决定着与阻尼力峰值所对应的转向活塞最小临界速度。研究为防折弯系统的设计和优化提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    With the antikink hydraulic system as the research object, the composite damping principle of the system is analyzed for lateral damping function and a mathematical model for damping properties is established. A hydraulic simulation model was established by the application of AMESim to compute the damping properties. At the same time, the influence of the design parameters of the buffer valve group on the damping characteristics of the system was studied. The research shows that the combination of throttle valve and relief valve in the buffer valve group forms the damping characteristic of the antikink hydraulic system with several break points in multi-segment parabola. The opening pressure of relief valve determines the peak damping force, and the orifice size of the throttle valve determines the minimum critical velocity of the steering piston corresponding to the peak damping force. The research provides a reference for the design and optimization of the antikink hydraulic system.
