    运用 FLUENT 流体仿真软件的 VOF两相流模型对针型喷嘴在不同入口压力、不同打击距离的喷嘴射流流场进行数值分析,得到针型喷嘴射流流场的速度和被清洗件承受的压力分布云图和压力分布曲线,研究针型喷嘴射流参数的变化对射流流场速度及压力的影响规律。结果表明:随着入口水压的增加,射流最大速度和被清洗件上承受的压力值增加,但增加趋势逐渐减小;随着打击距离的增加,清洗范围略微增大,被清洗件上承受的压力值减小,但减小程度逐渐下降;进而得出当入口压力为30 MPa,打击距离在90~100 mm范围内的针型喷嘴具有最佳清洗效果。

    Abstract:

    The VOF two-phase flow model of FLUENT fluid simulation software is used to numerical analysis of nozzle jet flow field at different inlet pressures and different strike distances for needle nozzles. The speed of the flow field of the jet of the needle nozzle, the cloud diagram and the curve of the pressure distribution subjected to the cleaned parts were obtained. Then the influence of changes in the jet parameters of needle nozzles on the velocity and pressure of the jet flow field was studied. According to the result, as the inlet water pressure increases, the maximum velocity of the jet and the pressure on the part to be cleaned increase, but the increasing trend gradually decreases. As the striking distance increases, the cleaning range slightly increases, and the pressure value on the cleaned part decreases, but the degree of decrease gradually decreases. Then, when the inlet pressure is 30 MPa, the needle nozzle with a striking distance of 90 mm to 100 mm has the best cleaning effect.
